Great service and really happy with the outcome.

I did my hair transplant a couple of days ago was great service from start to finish was advised on how my hairline would look good from the doctor so went with the expert on that. Looking forward to getting healed and getting back to normal with a fuller head of hair. Exciting times thanks to everyone that did my procedure.

I have dealt with Dean since my consultation who has been a diamond. The team were lovely and went over everything with me.

I had my transplant on the 22nd August, and Dean has been responsive and helpful anytime I’ve had a query or sent a photo to ask how am I progressing.

I will be writing another review once the hair transplant has come through and share the results.

Once the salesman at Harley street takes the payment he’s virtually impossible to get hold off, you can phone repeatedly and text and you will not be answered, the clinic that actually does the procedure (Manchester hair clinic on Deansgate )were great on the day and give you plenty of information and it was pain free after the initial numbing injection’s. all staff were very relaxed and welcoming! I cannot express how thrilled I am with my hair transplant results from Harley Street Hair Clinic in London. From the moment I walked in, I knew I was in capable hands.

Dr. Ihsan – MBBS was my surgeon, and his expertise is truly unparalleled. He took the time to understand my concerns and expectations, explaining the FUE procedure in detail. His attention to detail and artistic approach to creating a natural-looking hairline were impressive.

Dean, my patient coordinator, was fantastic throughout the entire process. He was always available to answer my questions, no matter how small, and his support made the whole experience much less daunting.

The procedure itself was surprisingly comfortable, and the aftercare provided was top-notch. Now, several months post-op, I’m amazed at the results. My hair looks natural, full, and exactly as Dr. Ihsan predicted.

Everybody at Harley street were friendly, they made me feel as comfortable as possible, they explained the whole process so I understood and Dr Munir has such attention to detail that he’ll make sure you leave more than satisfied with your new hair

They were aware of my pre-existing conditions. Paid £2000 refundable deposit. Flew over from Portugal. Hotel stay. The consultant on the day wouldn’t perform the procedure.

My deposit has not been repaid despite many requests. Customer service is dreadful. The clinical rooms were grubby. I have photographs.

I am complaining via the GMC to the parliamentary committee.

DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE.
