I had a hair transplant recently at the Heva clinic. The place was very modern and exceptionally clean.

All the staff were tending to my needs. My surgeon was a brilliant man, absolutely dedicated to his job, just by the way he worked you could tell he loved what he was doing. One man though who stood out was Jamie who dealt with me from the start. Any doubts or problems I had, one quick text to him,no matter what time, he would instantly sort it out. Overall all, I was very pleased with the whole experience, it certainly pays to do your research before you go ahead and book.

So, my experience with Heva Clinic happens to be my second one. Two years and a bit ago, I had actually gotten my teeth done there. That was the time I figured they also do hair transplants and are very good at it with a worldwide reputation. When my hair loss got suddenly very advanced due to work related stress, I remembered of Heva and booked my hair transplant weekend. Flew over, was picked up from the airport, got blood checked and all, had a five and a half hours treatment, and was driven to my hotel the same day. Neat, organized, and professional is what I can say. Many thanks to everyone involved to make it happen.

Like everyone else, after searching far and wide I came across Heva Clinic in Istanbul. Booked my online consultation with ease, which was among a dozen other online calls with other clinics for my hair transplant. I asked all of my questions and they answered with professionalism. After running a throughout research about the clinic and their surgeons, the trust was there for me to actually book my hair transplant surgery. From zero to ten I can easily rate my experience a nine, but that’s probably because I can’t afford a clinic that provides a 10 out of 10. This was probably the best cost/value exchange of my life because I got my hair back safely for a very fair price!

Truly grateful to have found this clinic. Who would have thought somewhere in Istanbul they specialize in transplanting afro hair? But it is true. I cannot thank these people enough for providing me with the confidence and relief that all will be ok and that they are experts in this. Turned out exactly like that!

The hair transplant experience aside, my trip was organized very well from the private transfers to final examinations before my surgery. My hotel room was comfortable and even exceeded my expectations. What else can I say? I am very grateful and will recommend Heva clinic for the rest of my life.

Everyone greets you with a smile and hello. Regarding the procedure and consultation. I felt that concerns were taken seriously and even halfway through my procedure I noticed something that needed to be straighter. And the doctor understood and made correct changes.

All in all I feel very happy I took the step to make this procedure with Heva. And now I just have to wait for the result in some months

Ps I would like to add that they also are great with the aftercare providing you with medicine, shampoo Aswell as clear instructions regard how and when to take the medicine.

Please be ware of this place. They are taking advantage of foreigners who are seeking lower cost treatments. Pay attention and read between the lines. They claim everyone that’s left a negative review is lying. Look at the positive reviews 5 a day from new accounts. They’re fake. They ripped me off for $300 deposit. They initially quoted me $3650 I went in person to meet with the doctor price went up to $5650 then $6900. Claiming winter is more expensive and to make my surgery better. So had I not made the decision to come see the doctor in person before hand does that mean it would have been cheaper and sub par service? Theyre supposed to be professionals in the field. Shouldn’t your price reflect the best possible outcome. They have been unresponsive on WhatsApp for months. I went to their site as a new customer and got a response right away. They get your money and leave you hanging. After reading the real reviews I don’t want them to touch me. I value my life and health. This is just a money grab. Their taking advantage of foreigners desperate to have treatments done at an affordable cost. Look at the reviews. Look like a bunch of botched jobs. So glad I didn’t give them an opportunity to botch my procedure. I’m excited to have my procedure done by a reputable clinic at an affordable cost. Run dont walk far away from this place….You’ve been warned!

The procedure was carried out thoroughly for 8 hours, the first 15 minutes of anaesthesia was very painful and then you will feel no pain at all. The results are remarkable—natural-looking and have significantly boosted my confidence. They also have a dedicated follow-up care team demonstrated their commitment to patient satisfaction. I highly recommend Heva Hair Transplant Clinic to anyone considering a hair restoration procedure. Their expertise and dedication truly set them apart in the field.

First I want to thank my coordinator Thomas! He is the best! So responsive so nice! Ask for him personally when looking to book. Secondly, the team was wonderful! I got my procedure on my bday and the team surprised me with a bday song and cake. They constantly ask if you are comfortable, how you are feeling. Transportation was set up with ease, the hotel was accommodating. (Raddison blu) overall I’m glad I chose this clinic. You are in good hands. I had surgery with Dr. Hakan Demirel through Vantage clinic which Heva clinic owns. I had 360 liposuction, chin liposuction and almond eye surgery. Unfortunately my chin still looks the same which I made the clinic coordinator’s aware of early on. My eyes during the healing phase kept changing shapes which I also made the clinic coordinators aware of along with uneven liposuction and not enough fat being taken out.

I was going to book back in with the clinic as they offered me free chin and love handle liposuction and I will pay for back liposuction. But I have decided I did not want to receive treatment again after I waited more time to see my eye results. Then my eye shape went back to its original shape along with my chin still showing no changes.

I have contacted someone from the clinic that said they would speak with management about my request for a partial refund yet its been over 6 weeks and I have not heard anything back yet.

All I want is a reply and a partial refund since I have spent £6200 on surgery.

I do not wish to bad mouth the company as some of the coordinators was nice and helpful. However, I do not appreciate being ignored. So if someone from management can contact me to finally sort this situation out that would be great.

Waste of my Money,time.I did my Brows there and hairline.Nothing changed.Only few curly Hair grew.African Brows ,its a No!!they are ugly now,i shave my Hair behind for such?pain and wastage of my time.

I have had 2 hair transplants there and each time I was treated amazing by Heva’s fantastic team. All took care of me very well and I am very satisfied with the final results. I’ve been recommending them to all my friends – they are incredible.
