Hello, my name is Helmut. I have been thinking for a long time about whether I should go for a hair transplant as I am already of advanced age. After extensive research I came across Elithair and now, one week after the operation, I have to say that everything was very professional and well organized. I booked hair transplant with Elit Hair my name is Ibrar Hussain i traveled from London Luton airport. I was initially helped by their customer service team I submitted photos and sent my flight details and the price was confirmed for the procedure I was nervous but Elit hair were excellent from arranging pick up and drop off to the airport to their friendly and professional team at their state of the art clinic I was helped by Umut Cevlik English translator who was especially helpful and assisted me with any query I had. I stayed inside the clinic overnight as they have hotel rooms 5 star rooms clean with shower facilities beautiful views outside. The procedure was as described and I am excited to see the outcome of my hair transplant. If you are from the UK I would strongly recommend using Elit Hair.

An amazing and pain-free experience from start to finish! Had my hair transplant done last November during a four-day stay in Istanbul, and it went great!

After my consultation and confirming my offer, they took care of all of my transport and accomodations (Hotel reviewed separately, and the only additional expense were my flights), and I was guided and cared for the entire process: From health tests, to discussing what I wanted with Dr. Balwi, to the eight-and-a-half hour long procedure.

The clinic is clean and modern, and is practically a hospital in scope. The staff are all kind and professional, and I was even provided a translator given I don’t speak Turkish.

I opted for the Sleep Deep Anaesthetic and Free hair wash as well, and I highly recommend both.

Even though my recovery is still in it’s early stages, it’s looking promising, and I’m maintaining my scalp health with the instructions and after-care kit I received after my procedure.

Lastly, I’m keeping tabs of my progress with the Elithair app, and I’m also in regular contact with a Quality Manager who’ll check up on me once a month, or whenever I have questions.

I’m happy that I made the right choice choosing this Clinic!

Very good and helpful

Being my second transplant, I was already aware of the procedure. The two procedures were 15 months apart and I could see process improvements, e.g., a new leaflet explaining the whole process. Clear guidance, shorter waiting time, everything is on point. Nothing to complain about really. Can only recommend. The results from the first one are really good – now I wait for the second one. It already looks very promising

Avoid this clinic if you value your time, money, and peace of mind. My experience with them was extremely disappointing. When I initially sought treatment, they contacted me 2-3 times a day, making promises about excellent results. They presented themselves as larger and better than others, but in reality, their focus seems to be on profit, not patient care.

I now realize that larger clinics with more clients often fail to provide personalized care. Despite their promises of a 10-year warranty, they later claimed my lack of results was due to a supposed medical condition, invalidating the warranty. This raises a serious question: if someone had no pre-existing condition, why would they need a transplant in the first place?

Additionally, they pressured me to use their products and medications, like finasteride, which I followed diligently for 10 months. Even after doing everything they recommended, I didn’t see the promised results. Instead, they shifted blame onto me, citing a medical condition as the reason for failure.

Their marketing is misleading, and the claims they make are not trustworthy. I strongly advise against using this clinic for hair transplant services to avoid wasting your time, money, and emotional energy.

After the initial phone call where we set the details it was pure chaos. I received two invoices with two different numbers. As I would arrive by car I had to do a deposit. This was finally accepted, however there was no chance to cancel the second contract. I tried by mail and WhatsApp. Few promises were made and none kept. How could I trust my head to a company organized so badly?

I hope there is chance I will get my deposit back.

The ancillary services, such as the hotel and transfer arrangements, were good, and I was pleased with the overall organization. The procedure also went smoothly, and I am particularly grateful for the effective anesthesia, which ensured I felt no discomfort during the process.

However, after 9 months, I would like to share some honest feedback regarding the transplant itself. While I had an initial consultation with a female doctor, which I understand is a common practice, I had expected to meet Dr. Balwi, as mentioned in the website. I hope this clarification is helpful for future expectations.

Following the procedure, during my post-op consultation with the nurse, I raised concerns about experiencing tachycardia and dizziness throughout the day. Unfortunately, no further action was taken, and I was assured that everything was fine but he did not escalate the case to the doctor. Despite these concerns, I followed all post-op instructions diligently.

After 4 months, I was generally satisfied with the results, but now that I’ve reached the 8-month mark, I feel I need to address a few areas of concern.

Uneven Transplanted Area: The transplanted area appears uneven, with noticeable patches.

Overharvesting: I am particularly concerned about the overharvesting on the sides and back of my head, which has resulted in an area with little to no hair. Although I was very realistic about the expected density with 3000 grafts, I never anticipated that the overharvesting would lead to such a large area of baldness, ultimately compromising the overall appearance. If I had known this would be the outcome, I would have reconsidered undergoing the transplant. I kept sending them pictures of the actual problems but apparently, none of them were satisfactory mentioning bad lighting or incorrect positioning for evaluation as if this would have matter in real life.

Overall, I am highly impressed by the organization, care, facilities, and professionalism demonstrated by everyone involved. Despite initial skepticism, this experience proved to be exceptional. The staff treated me with utmost kindness, addressing every request attentively. The clinic and its location feature state-of-the-art facilities, and I am particularly satisfied with the hairline design provided. The entire process surpassed my expectations. I extend my sincere gratitude and look forward to observing the results in due course.

Hello, this is the second time I have had a hair transplant at Elithair. It wasn’t difficult for me to decide on Elithair the second time. The whole package is just great. The transfer, the admission to the clinic, the room, the treatment steps before and after the operation and of course the operation itself and not to forget the very friendly staff at all times, convinced me. Very well organized Trip and pre treatment examinations. Examinations have been well explained by doctors and other staff. Always interpreters there if necessary. The Patient rooms and Operating rooms were very clean and modern. Staff really Cared for the Comfort of their patients at every step of the surgery and Even before and After. Post surgery Examination was perfectly organized again and every step of the necessary Post surgery treatment at Home has been explained by educated and Even german speaking staff. In Addition there is an app, on which is a calander, Where again day by day and step by step (Even with Short videos) Post surgery Self-care is shown. Before leaving the Clinic at Istanbul, we received all medication and skin-care products for the whole period After surgery. And if you Need to Talk to someone, there is a phone Number to call an employee. Back in Germany Elithair runs own clinics, Where they also offer treatment and Where You can Go in case of Compilations.

I felt very well cared for by the Staff of elithair clinics, before, during and now After the surgery in Istanbul.

As a physician i worked in Severin German clinics and i wish they were half as well organized and Professional as elithair‘s clinic in Istanbuls is. I can highly recommend Treatments there.

The whole procedure was very streamline and well organised. Everything was explained through an interpreter. Excellent accommodation and transport throughout the trip.
