I had a great experience with the professional doctors at the clinic (Riyadh branch). They are highly knowledgeable and know exactly how to handle various cases. As a doctor myself, I initially intended to travel to Turkey for treatment, but after meeting the team here, my expectations were exceeded. A big thank you to Dr. Othman and the other doctors; each one has a specific role and excels in their responsibilities. I am currently awaiting the final results, but I am confident they will be impressive. I gave five stars solely for the doctors, as I believe the other staff, particularly the coordinators, should be re-evaluated by the main clinic to ensure they meet the same high standards as the doctors.

I just had the hair transplant three days ago at Roots Clinic at their branch in Al Khubar Saudi Arabia. The procedure went as expected, the doctor and the entire crew were very professional . I had a hair transplant procedure done early November in Riyadh city, it was very easy to arrange everything from first free appointment to the follow-up appointments, very helpful staff and always ready to fulfil all my enquires. Instructions were given clearly and the day of the procedure I came on time there was no delays, the staff were great, most of the time they give me water and offer free drinks as well. The doctor explained everything clearly to me and answered all my questions, all thanks to Doctor Ali Emre and his staff and Anesthesiologist Dr Talha and all the staff. I am happy with the hair transplant and waiting for the results.
