Simply excellent. Staff is very professional, courteous and attentive to the patient’s needs. Coordination to and from airport as well as to and from hotel to clinic was always on time. Recommend ++++
This whole experience was nothing but world class. From the minute I was greeted at the airport till the final send off in the clinic. The hotel was very clean and the food was fanastic. The drivers were on time and very polite.
Now the clinic.
The hostess was very polite and accommodating and making sure to answer all my last minute questions. The medical team was very professional and made sure everything I wanted to know was answer. In a matter of a half day from consult to walking out of the clinic I was able to successfully have my hair transplant completed.
A 10/10 experience
After thinking of having a hair transplant for almost 5 years finally I decided to do for it i have done a lot of research and I couldn’t feel happier to have come across Lenus clinic the were absolutely amazing from start to finish they have made every step of the process very clear to me and the actual process actually went and lot better than I would have ever thought I would like to say that Lenus clinic has the most amazing staff you could ever come a cross if you are in the same situation as I was i would highly recommend you to contact Lenus you will not be disappointed thank you Lenus for everything and keep your hard work up a massive big up for Lenus

I have had an exceptional 5 star experience with Lenus Clinic! Right from my arrival, transfer service & hotel through to the procedure the service has been highly commendable! My patient co-ordinator and assistant Begum has been most helpful and stayed with me throughout the process. Communication has been fantastic! The Doctors and medical staff have been incredible. They were very helpful, thorough and gave quality care and treatment! I highly recommend them. They have given me very attentive and caring service throughout! The aftercare is also thorough and of a very high standard! It was completely painless during the procedure and the medical team kept me updated with what they were doing through every stage. They filled my receeding hairline completely and with precision and attention to detail. The result looks fantastic and I can’t wait to see the result after it grows back in the coming 12 months!
