Dr. Ersin is not only a highly skilled and talented doctor but also someone who genuinely cares about his patients. From the initial consultation to the follow-up visits, his dedication and compassion were evident every step of the way. The staff was equally amazing—always friendly, attentive, and professional. The aftercare was exceptional, ensuring that I healed properly and felt supported throughout the recovery process. I couldn’t be more grateful for the outstanding care I received! Highly recommend!

I have had 2 very large procedures done at this clinic: one with Dr Ersin Gonullu—a tummy tuck, BBL, 360 liposuction, and breast lift—the other with Dr Hakan—a face lift, neck lift, brow lift, chin implant, and lower eyelid surgery. Both procedure’s results are excellent and I have absolutely no complaints. In fact, the results of each procedure were better than I expected and I am already planning my next visit to this same clinic for another large procedure: an arm lift, thigh lift, and breast augmentation. When traveling from your own country to a country that is very different, it’s a little scary, but this clinic has both times made me feel like family. They will go out of their way to solve any issues that you have, or at least they did for me. You will likely leave Istanbul with new friends. I know I have. There were so many people that helped me during these trips that I came to believe it must not only be the clinic but the city and country. Clinic wise does an excellent job of representing Istanbul and you will leave Istanbul in love with it, partially because of this clinic. There are more people than I can remember that assisted me. But some of their names are Dr Gonullu, Dr Hakan, Burcu, Sheyma, Aicha, Atakan, Ömer, Ahmet, Joseph, Berre and Aleyna. I believe that if any of these people do something for you, they do it with all of their heart. You are in good hands—especially with Sheyma. She was the consultant for my second trip and was always available to help, whether I was at home in America, or in Turkey. The first trip, my husband accompanied me so that during my recovery, he could go to the store for anything I needed. The second trip however, I went alone and was very nervous since he would not be present. It turned out though, I didn’t need him, because I had Sheyma . Anything I needed, (bottled water, pads, a neck pillow, etc.), all I had to do was let her know and she would send someone with it. Since I left, we have become very good friends! We talk LIKE EVERYDAY, no longer just about my recovery, but about life in general! We’re making plans on my next trip to do breakfast together, and she’s offered to take me on a REAL tour of Istanbul. I absolutely adore her she is a sweetheart .

I had a really lovely experience, I felt safe from start to finish. Everybody was so kind and I recovered so quickly. The hotels were gorgeous and Jenny and Ramazan really looked after me. I am really happy with the results and everything was very clean and sterile. The nurses were so helpful and the medication was like clockwork. Overall amazing experience 🙂

It has now been 3 months since the surgery. I love my results the surgeon Dr Hakan Demirel did a great job, I would definitely recommend him to others. After the surgery, I returned back to the UK. Clinic Wise is excellent! From my coordinator Ramazan to Dr Hakan who did my surgery and especially nurse Berre. Everyone was really nice and attentive. Every question I had was answered and they made me feel very comfortable. I was nervous about my surgery but Dr Hakan made me feel safe and assured and did an amazing job on my breast reduction. After my surgery, everyone I had interacted with during the process visited me (Ramazan, Atakan, Cihan and Dr Hakan). The whole process went really smoothly, and it was great not having to worry about getting to and from the hospital and hotel as they took care of everything. A very special thank you to nurse Berre for my messages and getting me pineapple to help with the swelling from my surgery. I really appreciate and love my experience so far. Can’t wait to see my final results.

My combined surgery experience, including a BBL and J-Plasma, at this clinic was amazing. Dr. Mehmet Solmaz’s expertise and attentiveness were apparent from the beginning. He made sure I understood every aspect of the procedures and addressed all my concerns with patience and clarity. In December of 2023 had combination surgery with Dr Ersin Gonullu.

Everything went well. He’s a kind, gentle, skilled and safe surgeon in my opinion from this experience.

Fast forward three months later. In March of 2024 I decided to use Clinic Wise again for a hairline lowering procedure using hair transplant.

It was a NIGHTMARE. The way everything was handled from start to finish was shocking. DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANY HAIR TRANSPLANT PROCEDURES. I would get into this further but Google reviews limit the amount of characters per review. So you can contact me directly.

We foreigners go to Turkey alone. We pay our money and we expect a good service. We expect to feel safe. To feel cared for.  It’s a medical procedure, in a foreign country. We should not be made to feel this way – at all.

Bottom line is arrived in Istanbul happy and excited to be ridding myself of an insecurity which I have had had my entire life. I left there in the transport service they provide crying on video call to my coordinator.

I need revision for this now. I complained. Their “manager” Lina handled the aftermath with me extremely poorly. I have never in my entire life been so shocked at how unprofessionally and cold a manager dealt with a situation where someone was unhappy following a medical procedure in their clinic. She’s just awful.

Clinic Wise who don’t seem to be very wise at all have their SALES MANAGER dealing with unhappy post op patients. It’s WILD. She has proved time and time again that she does not have the knowledge, skill nor the level of empathy and professionalism for this job. Things at that clinic have seemed to take a drastic turn for the worse since her involvement.

She’s never apologised to me for her rudeness. Instead, Dr Ersin Gonullu contacted me via video call to apologise on her behalf.

Now – August 2024. I decided to use them again for breast revision and dog ear correction.

I thought I had made the right decision as I was booked with another clinic for that very week but changed my mind last minute. Looking back, I do wonder if I really did. Clinic Wise used to be such a great clinic but something is clearly very wrong now. Every single time I message they have new staff and previous great wonderful members of their staff have left. It makes us – their patients – feel very uncomfortable. Do they not see this? Do they not care? Standards are dropping drastically this clinic.

I am not happy with my results. It’s all very disheartening and I feel defeated. My stitches are horrendous. I struggle to believe that Dr Ersin Gonullu himself performed these stitches.My breasts are not good. What makes me most sad is my previous surgeon the year before gave me such a beautiful tummy tuck scar, now the extension of that looks like a toddler did it.

That’s not even what makes me the most angry though.

It’s how my complaints are handled does. Get ready for this. Lina says I’m looking for attention!!! Ha!!! Seriously? What kind of manager says this about a patient who is unhappy with her results at your clinic??? Her level of professionalism is mind blowing. Does this alone not tell you what type of clinic they are? THEY DO NOT CARE. So please keep in mind that if you use Clinic Wise, and if you are unhappy about anything, this is how you will be dealt with. You just want attention apparently.

I’m sure a lot of you will know me from the various Plastic Surgery Groups you are in with me. You yourselves know there have been so many complaints and unhappy patients after procedures with Clinic Wise lately.

Keep in mind that these are medical procedures where the risk of something going wrong is there, even in the best of hands. When you’re choosing, God forbid anything goes wrong, make sure that you choose a clinic that will treat you as a priority and do everything they can to fix the issue. Not just tell you that you’re looking for attention.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC TO ANYONE.

From pre-surgery till post, the coordinators communicated well amd were very efficient. They answered all questions and were by my side till I took a flight back home.

I recently underwent bariatric surgery with Clinic Wise, and I cannot speak highly enough of my experience! From the initial consultation to the post-operative care, the entire team was exceptional. The surgeon, Dr. Firat, was outstanding and very professional. He was not only highly skilled but also compassionate and attentive to my needs throughout the process. Picking him as my surgeon was the best decision! Forever grateful.

One aspect that truly stood out was the invaluable support from my amazing dietitian, Nida and my exceptional surgery coordinator Joseph. Their expertise and guidance played a crucial role in preparing me for the surgery and ensuring a smooth recovery afterward. They are friendly and great communicators. They provided personalized advice and tailored meal plans, empowering me to make healthy lifestyle choices that complemented the surgical intervention.

The support staff, including nurses and administrative personnel, were incredibly professional and provided me with all the information and assistance I needed to feel comfortable and confident before, during, and after the surgery.

The facilities at the Florence Nightingale hospital were modern, clean, and well-equipped, contributing to a safe and comfortable environment for my procedure and recovery. It was a 5 star experience.

Since the surgery, I have experienced significant improvements in my health and quality of life, and I am grateful to the team at Clinic Wise for their expertise and care. I highly recommend their bariatric surgery program to anyone considering this life-changing procedure.
