Best clinic ever !! I did a skinny bbl and they took care of us from the beginning to the end and still ask for updates about our recovery! The doctor Ersin Gonullu, the staff and the nurses are amazing, special mention for Berre who is an amazing person and a very professional and gentle nurse who loves people and loves her job!

I’m an adult nurse working for the NHS ,I went to Istanbul to have a breast surgery.

I’m a mum with two kids , I decided to do a mommy make over step by step.

In June last year, I had a BBL at voila clinic with DR Certel AKA king of BBL.

The result was beyond my expectations , the customer care from day 1 till the end was amazing, I strongly recommend him if you ever want to have a BBL.

I had a breast reduction in 2008 and this was messed up.

After having two kids ,my boobs changed and I wanted to do a reparation + implant.

I went to Brussels to meet the best plastic surgeon DR pascal cactus.

He did a breast lifting on my mum and the result is beautiful.

Unfortunately ,dr Cactus didn’t have any space before June 2025.

I couldn’t wait for that long ,I did my research and found DR Ersin with clinic wise.wrong decision I should’ve waited for DR cactus.

DR Ersin had good reviews so I chose him.

My previous surgeon dr Certel furkan has good reviews on bbl but few complaints on breast surgery.

This is why I did not go back to him.

I went to Istanbul last Sunday 16/02/25.

The surgery was on the following day 17/02/25.

I have meet dr Ersin. We had a chat , he briefly explained what he was about to do, then he said we are going to choose the right size for you .

I thought the (we) was me and him, did not know he was him alone.

Everything went pretty fast, I was rushed to pay the money, sign the papers I didn’t had enough time to read then to theatre.

When I opened my eyes and saw the result , I was deeply disappointed and shocked.

I cried like never before.

Cihan the coordinator was one of the few people that had empathy for me, he stayed with me, made calls for dr Ersin to come and speak to me.

He stayed and had dinner with me , he made sure I was okay before he went home. I want to say thank you to you.

Dr Ersin said he could not give me a bigger size cause I don’t have enough tissue according to him.

When I went to Belgium to see Dr cactus, he made me try different sizes, we both agreed on one size before he told me he doesn’t have any space before summer.

With DR Ersin nothing like this happened, I wasn’t mentally prepared to have lemons as boobs.

If dr cactus was able to give me D cup why can’t DR Ersin do the same?

How come before my surgery I was 36 D and now I’m a size 36B?

I’m 171 cm tall for 86 kg,imagine me spending £4900 +£400 for the ticket to have lemons who does that?

This experience had a huge impact in my mental health.

I have spent the past 4 days crying.

Once they noticed that I won’t give them the good review they were hoping for they dumped me like a trash.

On my last day no one came to check my blood pressure, I’m hypertensive and I have run out of my medication.I was waiting for the nurse to come and check on me

no one asked me how was I feeling and no one wished me a safe flight .

No one checked if I got home safely .

I have just blocked their contact cause I know ,after this review they will try to contact me .

With voila clinic, they check on my on daily basis for a month after surgery.

I will not recommend you to have surgery with them only money matters for them.

Now I need to save another 6000€ for DR cactus to repair this disaster.

Waste of money, time and energy.

I recently traveled to Istanbul for surgery and want to share my positive experience. After arriving at the airport, my friend and I were warmly welcomed and picked up right away. We were taken directly to the clinic for the necessary pre-surgery tests. After that, we went to the Antswell Hotel, where we spent the first night.

The night before surgery, I couldn’t eat or drink, as usual. Early the next morning, we went back to the Wise Clinic for my surgery. Everything was well-organized and went smoothly. The surgery was successful, and I stayed one night at the clinic. The medical staff took excellent care of me—they were very professional and attentive, which made me feel safe and calm.

After leaving the clinic, I stayed at the Antswell Hotel for four more days. The hotel was very comfortable and perfect for recovery. The whole process was well-planned, and at the end of my stay, we were taken back to the airport on time.

My coordinator, Lina, supported me throughout the whole process. She played a big role in making everything easy and stress-free. Lina was always there for me, visiting me in both the clinic and the hotel, and helping with anything I needed. She was always friendly, professional, and kind, which made my stay much easier. She answered all my questions and made me feel well taken care of.

I am very grateful for the excellent service—from transportation to medical care and Lina’s personal support. Everything was well-organized and comfortable.

I highly recommend this experience, especially for anyone considering surgery abroad. Lina and the entire team made the process simple, safe, and pleasant.

I went to Dr Ersin in Nov 2024 for A breast lift with Implant, 360 Lipo with J plasma, And BBL. I saw his artistry on his you tube channel and Instagram and loved how consistently gorgeous His results were. This man knows what he’s doing and he’s super friendly and nice and not scary Or intimidating in anyway!

My experience with Clinic Wise so far has been nothing short of amazing. (And I say it that way because not only am I going back to them this spring but I’m recommending them to anyone I know who wants to have surgery in Turkey.) I’ll gladly be their Canadian ambassador because I truly feel they are the best plastic surgery and dental surgery providers to serve as ambassadors for medical tourism in Turkey For anyone who’s never been there before, I can’t recommend them enough. We’ve all heard the horror stories about bad dental clinics in Turkey or botched plastic surgeries from shady providers, but this is NOT Clinic Wise.

Their standard of care is better than what we have in Canada. The people there reminded me of Canada because of their friendliness and welcoming nature. They truly want to help, and I feel like I have some really good friends there now—which was an unexpected bonus and I’m so glad for it It – along with Dr Ersin’s talented work it was the people that staff Clinic Wise that made this experience so amazing for me and made me have really fond memories of turkey. I have an Istanbul license plate on my wall to serve as a reminder of my trip (not to mention my rockin bod)

First, I want to say a huge thank you to my coordinator Şafak, who arranged everything for me—even booking my flights when I left them to the last minute! And then there’s Cihan, my assistant, who was so friendly and welcoming when I arrived at the hospital for my tests that all my nervousness just disappeared.

Then, of course, there were the gorgeous nurses who took care of me—my lovely Berre who has become my true friend I will visit even with no medical reason! Eda, Bursa, and others whose names I’m afraid I don’t remember (I’m sorry, girls!). They provided round-the-clock aftercare at the hotel. Speaking of the hotel, the Antwell was super nice—peaceful, classy, and with friendly staff. Everything there was excellent.

And of course, Dr. Ersin. He is truly an artist. I can’t believe this is my body now! As soon as I take this faja off, I’m going bikini shopping. Before I found Dr. Ersin through Instagram and a new friend I met in a Facebook group, I was so unsure of who to choose. I feel so lucky the stars aligned and brought me to Clinic Wise.

Dr. Ersin is an amazing and talented man, a real artist. He explained everything to me before the surgery—what could and could not be achieved—and I’m ecstatic with my results. They’re perfect. You can’t even tell that I had a breast lift with implants. The scars on one side already look almost invisible, and this was only at the end of November! (I’m using silicone tapes and gel, but his work is impeccable.)

I’m so glad I got this done in Istanbul with Clinic Wise. If I had these surgeries in Canada, the body procedures alone would’ve been $50,000—and the teeth? You don’t even want to know. Probably at least the same. But I paid under $25K CAD for everything, including my hotel and transfers. All I had to pay for was my flight.

I can’t wait to go back. I’m heading back in about a month and a half to get the rest of my dental crowns put in. I want to go earlier to sightsee and take in Istanbul’s culture.

If you’re on the fence about going to Turkey, or if you know you want to go but don’t know how to pick, go with Dr. Ersin and Clinic Wise. They are just fantastic I can’t say enough good about them

they’ll make you feel at home, you wont regret it—or forget them!

I almost forgot to thank the amazing dental team that gave me my implants and zirconium crowns, Dr Mehmet and Dr Esra they are the loveliest husband and wife team with an amazing clinic with a golden staircase and equally wonderful staff. They were so helpful made sure I was never in pain and even let me use their laptop to listen to my music when I forgot my iPad (I hate the noise of the drill!) Like everyone else at Clinicwise, they went above and beyond the call of duty to help me in every way and they are now my forever dentists as long as I can afford the flight I’ll always go back to them if I need anything. So get your teeth done through Clinic Wise also they only work with top dentists and oral surgeons.

Dr. Ersin is not only a highly skilled and talented doctor but also someone who genuinely cares about his patients. From the initial consultation to the follow-up visits, his dedication and compassion were evident every step of the way. The staff was equally amazing—always friendly, attentive, and professional. I have had 2 very large procedures done at this clinic: one with Dr Ersin Gonullu—a tummy tuck, BBL, 360 liposuction, and breast lift—the other with Dr Hakan—a face lift, neck lift, brow lift, chin implant, and lower eyelid surgery. Both procedure’s results are excellent and I have absolutely no complaints. In fact, the results of each procedure were better than I expected and I am already planning my next visit to this same clinic for another large procedure: an arm lift, thigh lift, and breast augmentation. When traveling from your own country to a country that is very different, it’s a little scary, but this clinic has both times made me feel like family. They will go out of their way to solve any issues that you have, or at least they did for me. You will likely leave Istanbul with new friends. I know I have. There were so many people that helped me during these trips that I came to believe it must not only be the clinic but the city and country. Clinic wise does an excellent job of representing Istanbul and you will leave Istanbul in love with it, partially because of this clinic. There are more people than I can remember that assisted me. But some of their names are Dr Gonullu, Dr Hakan, Burcu, Sheyma, Aicha, Atakan, Ömer, Ahmet, Joseph, Berre and Aleyna. I believe that if any of these people do something for you, they do it with all of their heart. You are in good hands—especially with Sheyma. She was the consultant for my second trip and was always available to help, whether I was at home in America, or in Turkey. The first trip, my husband accompanied me so that during my recovery, he could go to the store for anything I needed. The second trip however, I went alone and was very nervous since he would not be present. It turned out though, I didn’t need him, because I had Sheyma . Anything I needed, (bottled water, pads, a neck pillow, etc.), all I had to do was let her know and she would send someone with it. Since I left, we have become very good friends! We talk LIKE EVERYDAY, no longer just about my recovery, but about life in general! We’re making plans on my next trip to do breakfast together, and she’s offered to take me on a REAL tour of Istanbul. I absolutely adore her she is a sweetheart .

I had a really lovely experience, I felt safe from start to finish. Everybody was so kind and I recovered so quickly. The hotels were gorgeous and Jenny and Ramazan really looked after me. I am really happy with the results and everything was very clean and sterile. The nurses were so helpful and the medication was like clockwork. Overall amazing experience 🙂

Clinic Wise is excellent! From my coordinator Ramazan to Dr Hakan who did my surgery and especially nurse Berre. Everyone was really nice and attentive. Every question I had was answered and they made me feel very comfortable. I was nervous about my surgery but Dr Hakan made me feel safe and assured and did an amazing job on my breast reduction. After my surgery, everyone I had interacted with during the process visited me (Ramazan, Atakan, Cihan and Dr Hakan). The whole process went really smoothly, and it was great not having to worry about getting to and from the hospital and hotel as they took care of everything.
