My experience with the Cygnus Clinic was better than I could have expected. I decided to choose this clinic based on a friend’s recommendation. From the very first contact-Eren, I felt reassured. All my doubts and worries disappeared, and I was able to take this step alone, as my companion couldn’t be with me.

Upon my arrival, I was picked up from the airport and taken to the hotel. Everything was just as discussed beforehand. The next day was my surgery, and although I was a bit nervous, I encountered such professional and kind care. The surgeon, Dr.Sinan of course, was a wonderful person. I couldn’t have asked for better results, even though my case was a difficult one. My recovery process went very smoothly, and I was treated exceptionally well. Everything was perfect—except for the weather!

I found out about Cygnus on tiktok, as I was already researching for body sculpting surgery in turkey for some months. I was in touch with them for few weeks before booking. What I appreciated from the very beginning, they were never pushy like the other clinics/doctors I had contacted, forcing me to put a deposit without answering all my questions/reassuring me. Instead, I got all my questions answered in the most professional way, same with the pre-op consult, the surgeon’s expertise is exceptional, all the Cygnus Doctors are board certified. I did my rhinoplasty with dr Sinan and Lipo with dr Omer. I love them, their hands are truly golden.

It was definitely worth it coming all the way from Sydney, the best investment I did for myself, my health, my happiness. I am thankful and would recommend you to go ahead if you are considering any of these surgeries. <3 Big shout out to Esra, Riccardo,and Gulsum!

Came in hearing about this Clinic through many Australians and review boards online, after diligent research and digging around I finally took the step to get my 360 lipo with BBL. I can’t really understand the few negative reviews I’ve seen as this clinic operates like professionals back home and not some random chop shop as some of Turkey’s institutions are known for. Omer truly is a doctor’s doctor as he’s so professional and caring. I see where he gets his PhD title from as his mannerism and overall approach shows it. A big thank you for not only him but the entire operations! The Hotel was just lovely! The hospital was soooooooo chic! Loved the journey! I support this clinic whole-heartedly

Before my payment was taken they pretend to reassure you and answer your questions but the second the payment is taken they don’t care, I showed at least 4 different people what I wanted and none of them took anything into consideration. I made it very clear that I wanted an hourglass figure with my hip dips filler but they were never filled to begin with!!! On the day I showed the nurse and doctor images of what I wanted however the doctor didn’t speak English which is fine but I did tell the nurse to tell him, after my surgery was complete I was in a lot of pain which I think is normal and the nurses at the hospital looked after me although my retainers were lost by them and I received no compensation for them even though they were the ones who placed them somewhere and I was being blamed for that? I was told I’ll be staying at the hospital for 2 nights but only stayed one when I said I don’t think I’m okay to leave just yet they basically forced me to leave saying they’re not open on a Sunday? I was in a very critical condition and they did not care!!! Anyway on the day of the surgery when I woke up I was immediately disappointed and realised my hip dips were never filled and I did message them but they said they advised me to wait and I did however 2 months gone by and there is still no change in my hips. I complained but they instead blamed me for not having a lymphatic massage while I was there which is odd because I did have many in my own country and that has nothing to do with hips? The truth is they were never filled to begin with, to add onto this one side is lumpy and scarred and there is less fat making my buttocks uneven. I have a huge scar on my stomach which has made me even more insecure I can’t even wear crop tops anymore. Taking all information into consideration I attempted a chargeback but didn’t provide evidence while doing it and will be trying again with my bank since I’m being ignored by the company on WhatsApp. They’re greedy and hungry for money they don’t care about their customers considering I was there alone at 20 they didn’t care one bit. I’m so so upset I should be done more research before booking with them.

Excellent care from the minute we checked in with the office staff, communications, the nurse screening and procedures, and the doctor’s knowledge. Everyone was kind and helpful and everything went smoothly and quickly.

The care was outstanding all the way from start to finish. The Doctor put forth a high level of effort to deliver results. The support staff was very professional and pleasant. The facility was well equipped and designed for patient privacy, service and efficiency. We will highly recommend “Cygnus Clinic” at every opportunity!

Writing this review 1 month post op. Pretty happy with the overall experience and rhinoplasty result with Cygnus clinic.

The stay at a 5-star hotel and airport transfers were included in the payment which was really great!

Aside from Dr. Sinan’s craft, the other factor why I chose Cygnus Clinic was because of their medical advisor, Eren! 🙂 He is very attentive to detail and gives you all the assurance and information needed before locking in with Cygnus. I was very anxious given that it’s my 3rd rhinoplasty. I’ve contacted more than 5 clinics in Turkey but Eren was just the best. He’s definitely an asset of Cygnus.

Recently – tentatively came to Türkiye and this clinic specifically for surgery. I was on the fence as I heard many scary things about plastic surgery abroad. I’m a very cautious person and really had to research and do my homework on the subject, I was at first in contact with Eren. Upon hearing his voice I was stunned to hear he was American. Mind you I was speaking to many clinics but the his voice was captivating and aside from that the way he briefed me and stayed in contact with me ever so patiently made me gravitate towards this organization..He shared with me all the surgeon’swork and I thought they were exaggerated as I had no idea skinny BBLs could look so good without so much fat on the person. I’m still baffled on how they did it but my body already looks sculpted 2 week post-op. The coordinators and staff are all helpful. I couldn’t believe how smooth the whole journey was. I can’t thank the team enough and congratulate them genuinely on a well-run clinic! Will be recommending them to all of my circle.

I’m from Australia & saw Dr Omer Faruk Kocak at Cygnus Clinic for lipo 360 WITHOUT tummy tuck & also had fat transfer to hip dips on 26 November 2024.

All staff including medical advisors, translators and admin have all been accomodating & responsive throughout the whole process which put my mind at ease. I’m currently 2 weeks post op & if I ever have questions or queries, I feel very comfortable that the staff at Cygnus Clinic will be there promptly for assistance/guidance.

Aside from the staff being wonderful, I have absolutely no regrets going to Dr Omer. He was very warm, kind, but most importantly, very thorough and detailed. He was honest with me throughout the consultation on what could be achieved & what to expect. He did exactly what I asked for which was lipo 360 tht would contour my figure in a way that gave a natural hourglass figure. I couldn’t have asked for anything better honestly. Whilst I’m still swollen at this time, day by day I am seeing more of the final result & I am extremely excited for when it fully settles as I am already very happy even as swollen as I am at the moment! I had a glimpse of my final result on day 3 after lymphatic massage (and whilst some swelling had developed by this stage, I cried out of happiness when I saw my reflection). He is truly an artist, very detailed and provided a result EXACTLY what I was looking for. It shows me that he listens, but has been very transparent throughout.

The hotel they partner with was beautiful & staff were so accomodating.

If I ever wanted something in future again, I would definitely without any doubt go back to Cygnus, especially for Dr Omer.

The medical aspect of our experience is a 10/10 . Just a few administrative hiccups / miscommunications brought it down a few points, nothing major though.

Went in for breast lift and thigh liposuction. The surgeon is an absolute artist, and on a medical due diligence side, I can’t fault them, they were more careful than surgeons here in Australia. The stitching work is better than Australia.

The Hotel we stayed at was nice, it was so much better than the reviews I saw of it online and I was sad to leave.

I would definitely recommend them and go back, but I wouldn’t get lipo again purely as the recovery was harder on my body (which has nothing to do with the clinic)

I am writing exactly 4 months since my surgery with Cygnus. My experience with Cygnus was fantastic from start to finish. Any stress or nervousness was entirely on me. All the girls, nurses and doctors treated me with utmost respect and care. I felt safe and am very happy with the results, my scars have healed wonderfully with no problems at all.
