Had a wonderful experience with City clinics, the staff were very polite and the environment was clean which I liked. I would definitely recommend for others.
Great experience from start to finish. From my original consultation up to the day of the procedure, the consultation was done via video call because of my current location but I could communicate well with the Jey and Subz and made me feel comfortable on the day of the surgery. The procedure was very well done with care by the surgeons, who took time to plan the result with me before the procedure started. The 2 technicians who looked after me Genya and Fouzia were great. They looked after me well and included lunch for my break, also gave me aftercare products with a daily plan on how to treat my transplant to aid healing process. I always felt comfortable whilst in the room and made my experience enjoyable. Currently seeing good improvements already 2 months post-treatment and can’t wait to see the end results.
I’ve got to say the moment I had a consultation from Dr Mohamed at city clinics in Sheffield there was no going back once I went in for the hair transplant his whole team, Jey the 2 technicians Jenya and Fouzia just made me feel so relaxed and made my day easy and so comfortable that I fell asleep during transplant. My aftercare been brilliant too. Had regular follow up and due to have my 3rd prp once booked in. Negative thing about the place is Parking was difficult. But the team took good care of my needs.

I had a consultation with Dr Mo who was warm and welcoming. The team was very pilot and made me feel at ease during the whole process. It took a bit of time for my hair to grow and had some days where I started to doubt the treatment but eventually with patience it paid off.
Dr Mo was in charge of my hairtransplant over a year ago. The first thing to know, is the clinic is underground and not a medical center. Two clinitions do the grafting and talk and get distracted. They drew the wrong line on my head, so it my hair looks awful. Dr Mo came in the room once. The rest of the time he was somewhere else. When he was there, he added lots of triple grafts, so the hairline looks pluggy and unnatural. I can’t leave the house without a hat now.
Very efficient and professional in everything they do. I’m very happy with their services and would recommend to everyone who wishes to get their new look and confidence. Thank you so much guys
The staff at City Clinics were very reassuring and made me feel at ease the whole way through my treatment. It has been 3 years now and I’m extremely happy with my new look!!!

Avoid at all costs! Dr. Mohamed is useless my hair looks worst then it did before the operation. They completely ignore you when you try get into touch with them ( which i have proof of!)
Had a hairtransplant in 2019 and i will have to get another! Please stay away
