Take it from me—I was a nervous wreck, but everything went incredibly well. My surgeon Kagan Katar was amazing, and I would 100% recommend him to anyone. Bruce was fantastic, patiently answering all my late-night questions and easing my worries and anxieties. And the post-op nurses? Absolutely amazing! The interpreter-amazing. he went the extra mile for me like everything was fantastic.

Would like to say a big thank you to every inpatient Co-ordinator especiallt these 3amazing people Mustafa Flora & stve my operation went really well and with the help of the translators, they made the process super easy for me. Much love, Dalene xxx

From the booking stage, sorting my medical reports, to deposit payment, to booking my flights, securing a visa, travelling to Turkey, driver pick up to the hospital, preop preparations, surgery day, post op support and care to coming back to the UK, one thing I can say is that this is a very HANDS ON company! The support provided and personalised care plan was top notch. At every given instance, there was a care coordinator or dietician to answer your query or get feedback from a surgeon/doctor. They are worth recommending, and if I were to go through a sleeve surgery again, I will choose them in the blink of an eye! In a heart beat hands down! Booking Surgery, you are the best! Thank you

Everything really took me by surprise, the staff were so friendly and encouraging. The translator was so kind and welcoming. My Co-ordinator Bruce Grayson, went above and beyond to make sure I felt good and safe through every aspect of the journey there and back, he even went and visited me in hospital. The surgery went great and I’m losing weight. Overall 10/10 service and care.

Id Been looking at getting weight loss surgery for a couple of year’s now and I spoke with different coordinators who where very pushy which put me off The moment I spoke to Bruce he put my mind at ease no matter what time Messaged him or silly question I asked he answered me straight away he organized everything for me for my surgery I highly recommend him

My experience with booking surgery was excellent from booking the appointment with a coordinator all the way through to discharge. The hospital (Optimed) was very clean and friendly. The staff go above and beyond to look after you. My surgeon was very interested and caring and didn’t rush to discharge and visited each day. The translators are always on site to help with anything you need to ask or to find out and are very competent. I highly recommend this hospital for any plastic surgery.

What a fantastic experience from beginning to end, enquired about gastric sleeve and was put in touch with Mike Smith who was my coordinator and was with me the whole journey answering any questions I had, when I arrived I was picked up from the airport, the extended tests they did before surgery was impressive making me feel at ease with my decision, my room I was in was fantastic and the nursing staff and translators was always to hand.

After surgery I was meeted with more tests and kept an eye on constantly until my discharge, the surgeon was amazing Dr kagan katar thoroughly checked me before and came to see me and how I was after surgery every day to make sure everything was healing and I was recovering well, also had the dietician pop in and see me Racheal explaining everything and how to manage my tiny tummy moving forward, I had surgery Tuesday 18th Feb, my only regret is that I didn’t do it earlier!!!

From the moment I was given the contact for Mike Smith, Patient coordinator at Booking Surgery my life transformed. I’d lost weight and it all went on my bust. So easy by WhatsApp and before I knew it after sending photos to Mike he had me booked in with one of their specialist surgeons. Picked up from airport, warm welcoming at surgery. Can’t praise everyone enough from, cleaners, dinner ladies, taxi drivers, translators, hospital staff, fabulous rooms and obviously top man Dr.Nebil for the precise top class surgery which has turned my life around and made it such an incredible experience. I was so well looked after with lots of hospital checks done, bloods, X-rays, scans etc. and aftercare checks. I will be back again with a friend for more miracle surgery to be performed, and a great thankyou to Mike Smith who is still there for me now to answer questions and give any advice I ask

Doctor was great, saw me before and after surgery.

Coordinator was lovely (Jessica) and very supportive. Even when there were a couple of communication issues she always made sure everything was sorted.

Stayed at Medistanbul and the staff were lovely but big issue with communication as translator wasn’t there as often as expected and food was always cold and not nice. However, would definitely recommend Booking Surgery, Jessica and Dr Katar if it were at another hospital.

I truly couldn’t be happier choosing Booking Surgery for my 360 Fdl and Arm Lift. The care I’ve received has been exceptional, my Surgeon Dr Emin, is a genius. From the cleanliness of the hospital to the care from the nurses, I would definitely recommend Booking Surgery to anyone, my results are amazing

Had gastric sleeve in may 22 (Dr Tardu), been back for 360 FDL in Feb 25 and going back in sept 25 for breast implants and honestly the co-ordinator is always on hand, driver takes you to and from airport, hospital staff, nurses, translators, surgeon (Fatih), cleaners, all amazing and 100% recommend.
