I had a hair transplant at this clinic in February 2024. I chose it based on positive reviews, but it turned out to be the worst decision.
The first consultation went well, and the staff, especially Kim, were kind and seemed professional, which gave me confidence. However, on the day of the surgery, things changed. The procedure lasted less than three hours, which felt rushed for something that requires meticulous and detailed work to ensure proper design, density, right grafts’ angulation and normally a proper procedure takes around 4 – 6 hrs. It felt as if the staff wanted to finish as quickly as possible to go home. They even gave me a €500 discount because less grafts than expected were implanted.
Once the grafts healed after few days, I noticed excessive spacing between grafts and a notable ”firebreak” between my native hair and the grafts implanted. As the grafts fell and hair grew, the gap between my native hair and the transplant became obvious, with areas that were practically empty. After six months, the results were disappointing, with visible scalp and very little improvement. I contacted the clinic, but they assured me everything looked fine and told me to wait for the 10-month evaluation.
At the evaluation in December, I expressed my concerns, but Kim dismissed them, claiming my results were excellent. She blamed my prior Botox use for not being able to lower the hairline as the muscles in my forehead couldnt move, which wasn’t even my issue —I was dissatisfied with the lack of density and botox has nothing to do with it. She even raised her voice, accusing me of seeking perfection. Then one of the technicians who performed the surgery came, checked me and admitted: “I know what you mean but we’re just not that good,” leaving me even more frustrated but at least she was being honest without excuses. Kim remained silent after that and then said that she would think about finding a solution.
It’s been 2 months since I was promised a follow-up, and I’ve heard nothing. This clinic lacks professionalism, and empathy for the emotional toll of hair loss. Your donor area is limited, and trusting the wrong people can lead to results like mine. Now I have to find a premium clinic to fix this mess and go through this process all over again.
I just hope they are professional enough and admit their mistake, I no longer trust them to fix it with a second surgery, I just want a refund or compensation for this OBVIOUS and visible bad job.
I am sharing my results after 1 year and 4 days after the surgery so that you can see the empty spaces from the beginning. I’ve documented my entire process with hundred of photos. I want you to judge for yourself whether I am “exaggerating” and “seeking perfection” or if this is truly a mediocre poor job. Before proceeding with my hair op, I had several consultations throughout UK and Ireland. Having met with Kim and her team in Dublin and through various consultations in the lead up to my Op I was certain that I had found the Hair Clinic I wanted.
The care and undivided attention Kim and her team give is second to none and to note, the aftercare team that is provided also just puts you at ease.
I can’t recall their names but the two nurses from Istanbul were fantastic and made it so reassuring for me. I’d like to personally thank Kim and her team again for all the advice as the results so far are amazing!

Hi to everyone out there reading this review of mine. I got a hair transplant 2 years ago in Turkey Istanbul. Probably was the soreist thing I have ever done. Results weren’t great not sure if I just didn’t have enough grafts. But was never really happy with the job they did. So I heard about mhr clinic and went in for a free consultation, from walking in the door to meeting Kim I felt very relaxed she was very honest with me and no BS which I liked. I needed the crown redone and a few bits fixed on my head . We agreed on a price and I have to say wasn’t much more than i paid in Turkey, so I was booked in for Saturday at 2.30 was very nervous after my experience in Turkey but all the staff made my feel very relaxed, the 2 girls that did my hair were AMAZING there attention to detail was 100 percent. Ezgi and berkay thank you so much. And all the staff. After the hair was done I got the luas home no problem, I am still at the early stages of my transplant job. Dont mean to go on so much but all at mhr deserve it. If anyone can take anything from my review please go here first for a chat before you go somewhere else. I will update in a few months to let you kno how my results are going. There’s a few lads in my job wanting to get their hair done I am glad I can tell them my experience in Turkey and in Ireland then it’s up to them. Five 🌟 s all day long,from my 1st consultation with Kim right up until the day of my fue procedure one year later (my choice) emails constantly back and forth from myself & Chloe,anything I needed to know,it really put me at ease,then on the procedure day Kim and Luxmi made me feel really welcome and reassured me about the procedure I was about to get and last but by no means least I was handed over to Nico (the artist) and his side kick Amelia who done the actual procedure,they done an amazing job and were very friendly.what an amazing team at MHR Clinic.i would go back there every single time…thankfully I won’t have to 🧑🦰😁
Jag träffade Kim och teamet för min konsultation och procedur och vid varje steg av vägen kände jag mig väl omhändertagen. Heldagsprocessen var välstrukturerad och jag fick massor av information innan proceduren för att lugna mina nerver. Proceduren var smärtfri och jag fick bra råd samt schampon och vitaminer för att hjälpa mig under de följande 2 veckorna.
Jag hade en FUE-procedur på MHR-kliniken i juni 2023 och resultaten hittills är fantastiska. Det har bara gått 6 månader sedan proceduren och mitt hår ser redan ut som det bästa på flera år. Jag ser och känner mig år yngre och en stor del av mitt hårfäste har återställts.
Jag hade en tid hos mhr Dublin för en ögonbrynstransplantation vid mötet jag nämnde på formuläret jag fyllde i Jag är hiv-positiv som jag också nämnde på min konsultation och Kim Nicholls reaktion och svar talade mycket, hon verkar chockad, äcklad tittade bara på mig som om jag var smutsig, jag visste så fort jag satt på hennes kontor att jag inte fick behandlingen, några minuter senare fördes jag upp för trappor för att göra ett blodprov och för att det visade sig att det var något där skakade Kim omedelbart på huvudet och nej kan inte göra det utan förlåt eller medlidande, jag förklarade att jag var omöjlig att upptäcka och omöjlig att överföra men Kim sa att hon bara har mitt ord för det, och anklagar mig ganska mycket för att ljuga, sa Kim också hon ville inte utsätta sina anställda för risker som om jag var smittsam, då sa hon till mig att ringa min läkare för bevis, lättare sagt än gjort, och mina uppgifter fungerade inte söderut eftersom jag var från Belfast, efter att ha försökt ringa flera gånger min läkare det var ganska mycket kvar att efter att ha varit i Dublin mindre än en timme var jag direkt tillbaka hem, Kim Nicholls är definitivt 100% anledningen till att proceduren inte gick vidare. Jag tror att det borde ha varit upp till personen som gjorde proceduren, även om jag fick bevis från min läkare och de erbjöd rabatt så tror jag verkligen inte att jag skulle gå tillbaka efter fördomarna och domen från Kim Nicholls.
Om du letar efter en högkvalitativ FUE-procedur med naturliga resultat och bra valuta för pengarna, rekommenderar jag starkt MHR Clinic i Dublin. Efter att ha sett före- och efterbilderna på min 11-månadersrecension kan jag ärligt säga att jag ser 10 år yngre ut, och allt tack vare Kim och teamet!
Jag gjorde min FUE-transplantation i januari. Jag kunde inte vara nöjdare med den service och behandling jag fick från kliniken. Från min konsultation med Kim till eftervården av min procedur kan jag inte tala tillräckligt högt om teamet. Kim var mycket kunnig och lade alla bekymmer jag hade för att lindra. På procedurdagen var Helen och Julija briljanta, förklarade allt för mig noggrant och var också kul. Eftervården har också varit strålande, Lux är alltid i slutet av telefonen om jag har några funderingar eller frågor. Jag kan inte tala tillräckligt högt om MHR-kliniken. Om någon som läser detta funderar på en hårtransplantation, skjut inte upp det, kontakta MHR-kliniken. Tro mig du kommer inte ångra det
Jag kan inte rekommendera MHR tillräckligt starkt. Jag skulle ge 10 stjärnor om jag kunde. Min erfarenhet började med min konsultation med kärleken och charmiga Kim där jag direkt visste att MHR var rätt val.
