My experience with Medart was beyond amazing! From requesting information and booking my hair transplant, communication with, Rose, was great! The transportation to the hotel from the airport and clinic was easy. I went with the elite package and the Point Hotel was very nice; the staff was friendly and communicative.

When I arrived to the clinic, I was greeted by Rose, and given my consultation, which all went very well. The staff truly cares about your comfort and well being. After blood work, we proceeded on with the surgery. The whole surgical process went great and there was barely any pain, which was initially from the anesthesia injections. Rose and the whole team at Medart went above my expectations with everything! I am currently four days post op and am feeling excellent.

Right from the first touch point via WhatsApp, MedArt Hair Clinic Istanbul was quick and attentive to answer any questions I had. Very flexible with availability. Rose was my point of contact and even before arriving in Istanbul, would check up on me to see how I was going and if I had any new questions leading up to my appointment. My airport transfers and accomodation were organised for me and that took all the stress out of the journey to Istanbul. The whole team was very friendly and profsssional. The facilities are super clean and modern. The hair transplant procedure itself went very smoothly, apart from the anaesthesia, I did not feel any pain at all, even after. The quality of the service is top notch, even after the intervention, the team keeps on following up and providing any guidance and info needed.

Every step of the Transplant was amazing with Medart. From picking me up at the airport,

the surgery, and the next few days after the Surgery. They’re extremely helpful and answer any question you have. Today is the 20th day since my transplant, and I’m extremely happy with the entire process up to this point.
