I came from US and was looking for a clinic to get a hydrofacial. Once I found Este Hair Medical. Not only did they do an excellent job on this, but when I had my consultation, they recommended PRP for hair loss. Was a great time!
A Transformative Experience with Exceptional Care!
I recently visited the clinic for skin acne treatment and mild pigmentation issues, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Their treatments have worked wonders, helping me regain an even skin tone and significantly improving my overall complexion. What truly sets this clinic apart is their outstanding aftercare services.
From the very beginning, they have regularly guided me on scheduling my next appointments and addressing my skin redness issues. They provided detailed advice on which products to use and when to apply them, and offered invaluable tips on how to avoid skin exposure. This level of personalized care and attention to detail is something I haven’t experienced at other clinics.
In the past, I tried several other clinics, but they were often more focused on pushing expensive treatments without providing proper consultations. It always felt like I was just another customer rather than a valued patient. Here, it’s completely different. The care and dedication from the staff, especially Selda and Ada, have been truly remarkable. Their follow-up and genuine concern for my skin’s health have made all the difference.

One of the finest experiences I had so far and the management is so polite and kind, they assessed my situation in detail with their hair scanner and gave me an accurate 6 month plan, I look forward to attending my session.

The definition of world class treatment from a team committed to nothing but amazing service and providing the best results.
The transplant process is swift, easy and professional. From the start, every detail of my procedure was planned out meticulously with the utmost thought and care. The VIP service you receive upon arrival and throughout your stay is amazing. The doctors carefully plan every minute detail and you feel at ease the whole time.
Furthermore, you never feel like you’re being sold extra add-ons or talking to a salesperson – every treatment they suggest is medically necessary for the growth of your hair and the package is tailored exactly to your hair type and needs.
I also had PRP & Laser Hair Regrowth done frequently to bolster the recovery and growth of my hair, and my results stack far above all my peers who have done transplants elsewhere.
The Harrow clinic is filled with amazing people who always provide care and comfort. I can’t recommend them enough, I’ve seen so many people (self included) have amazing results, this place is absolutely world class and the only trust worthy clinic in the UK.

I don’t usually leave reviews but occasionally I find somewhere really good and just have to. Este Hair Medical was recommended to me by my hairdresser when we noticed I was going a bit bald on my crown. That’s the last thing a woman wants to hear and I was in a panic!
Luckily there are affordable and effective treatments out there. The best thing to do is to get in touch with the helpful staff at Este Hair. They have affordable packages for Stem Cell PRP to help kickstart your hair follicles again – and they’ll tell you honestly if this won’t work for you (there are other options).
I’m not going to pretend that it’s an overnight cure but it does improve hair density over time and at least I no longer have a visible bald patch.
There are other treatments offered – I know and trust the kind and professional staff here, so I’ve gone on to have my hyperpigmentation treated too. That’s been super successful and I have a 90% improvement (that’s my estimation anyway).
It’s brilliant not having to going into central London but to have that level of expertise in Greater London (Harrow Weald area so very accessible).
I recommend taking a first step to sorting hair loss or hyperpigmentation issues if these are making you miserable. There are solutions that actually work!
