Outstanding Service from Start to Finish!

I recently visited Clinique Plus in Turkey, and I can honestly say the service I received was outstanding from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, everything was handled with complete professionalism and care.

The transfers were always on time, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Every person I interacted with, from the coordinators to the medical team, was warm, welcoming, and incredibly reassuring. They truly put me at ease, and their kindness and expertise made all the difference.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful, providing a comfortable and relaxing stay throughout my journey. A special mention to Camil and Aleyna, who were my main contacts during the experience – they went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect for me.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience, and I would highly recommend Clinique Plus to anyone considering treatment in Turkey. Their level of care and attention to detail is second to none!

With this review, I’d like to express the excellently received service by Clinique Plus and by extension to Camil, the patient consultant & the entire staff, which helped me undergo my hair procedure with them. If you are reading this, I congratulate you, cause you are one step closer to your new looks & you can fully trust the experts they work with.

I was picked up from the airport on time and taking to a good hotel I was collected on time on the morning of the procedure and treated very well all day. The facility itself is modern and up-to-date and I felt reassured at all times. I would recommend two friends and family.

I did my hair transplant in January this year. It has been nearly an year and I can’t express how grateful I have been for the service. To begin with Muhammat Durek the boss is honest and fair in his dealings. I was given a warm welcome and picked up at the airport and then dropped at the hotel nearby to the clinic. The transplant day was a remarkable experience. I was nervous and probably worried but Aleyna made my life comfortable by greeting me and stayed with me the whole day and stayed in touch even now.

All the staff including surgeon and everyone else were really welcoming and competent though with limited English except Aleyna and Muhammat who have good English.

Both followed me throughout my journey over the last year and guided me to get the best possible results.

I would highly reccomend and have referred few of my friends and colleagues.

The staff made the whole process easy and straightforward. The pricing for a hair transplant is competitive, and provided excellent accommodation. Alenya was our guide and translator, she is very professional and made every visit an enjoyable experience. I am very pleased with the aftercare. I would recommend the company. Extraordinary warm welcome at the arrival for my partner’s dental appointment, it was a complete team on our disposal. I was really impressed for the attention of all the team members in particular Dicle and Mohammed, also Aleyna , they reached the top level, making us feel at home, free to ask as many questions and always obtain a very easy communication without hiding any relevant information, as a result Dr Koray Yildiz treated my face and neck with Italian collagen. I just turn 50, I don’t want any surgery, my face before the treatment was very good but my neck wasn’t matching my face, like 20 years different between them…I love the effect of the treatment on my neck! If you have a wrinkle neck or neckline, I really recommend. The treatment it’s slightly painful but it’s quick and Dr Koray Yildiz apply very gentle tool handling, he’s got magnificent capable hands which invite you to relax. He also treated my big blemish on my face and the small ones, he used a needle, this time was very quick, love the result, part of my big blemish it’s gone in one session, he said it will be very easy for him to treat me and get the best results and it’s true, looking forward for my next session, he showed me a special small machine he will use, not painful at all. I have already used red light to get rid of my big blemish, 4 sessions, in another clinic without any visible effects, Dr Yildiz in one season eliminated part of my blemish. I come from a doctors family I can assure you Dr Koray Yildiz is a top dermatologist. Thank you very much.
