It all started when we got there. Hamza wanted us to sign the consent form without being seen by the doctors. The morning after, my friend’s doctor came and he was accepted for his surgery. Whilst pending my review, Hamza showed up to our room and made us both pay. I was refused for my operation after paying 6,000 euro and did an operation that coated 5,000 euro. I have been waiting for the 1,000 euro refund for a month ! When I speak to them on WhatsApp they cut short or get upset, when I send them emails they don’t answer, I call on the landline noone speaks English or Italian! Be careful cause they will fraud you ! Their surgeons are good but they have no idea about customer rights and service!!!

I found this hospital in internet and I followed doctor ‘ account in instagram as I wanted him to make rhinoplasty for me .Actually I m satisfied with organization , price . Zaid helped much in full details with explaining. Lilia translator also was the best ! The team works amazing ! Doctor Samet has Much experience in this surgeries. I trusted him! Soon we will see result in some months!

İ had an amazing experience at Çevre hospital for my liposuction with Dr Ali Cem. His professionalism and attention to detail were truly impressive, making me feel confident and at ease throughout the process.

A big thank you to Leo, the medical consultant, who was incredibly supportive and thorough, addressing all my questions with patience and care. The hospital staff was warm, organized, and attentive, ensuring i was Comfortable at all the time, another thank you to Hamza as well the translator he were there for me after the operation and supported me , overall it was a great experience and i would recommend it .

Exceptional consultant! He did the surgery on Saturday and within 2 hours I was walking normally ! No pain .. ok the catheter hurts a bit but it’s normal. Lipo done perfectly (abdomen is flat as a board and with just 1 tiny bruise ). The girth achieved is over expectation and the length is 4cm extra ! Nurses are highly skilled and if you use Google translate they will understand you better. The Milord hotel is really good and with comfy beds too. 3rd day post opp went for a full day of shopping

I have visited this last July for my hair transplant. The service I have received was great and the results are really taking effect. I really want to also praise Doc. Döndü YILDIZ for the job. Really recommend.

I had a terrible experience at Cevre Hospital. After my surgery, I discovered a chipped veneer on my tooth, which clearly happened during the procedure. The surgeon never mentioned it, and I had to find out on my own. This lack of care and communication is unacceptable. If you go here, check your teeth carefully after surgery!

I have an face and neck lift operation in cevre hospital in istanbul. My Dr Ali Cem made wonderfull operatin. Al the nurses was very helpfull and nice. Ismet also very helpfull person treat me like hotel servise. All room service personel were very kind. Prof.Resit Ozkanca give me all rights information and patient rights knowledge. Thanks them all. I advise everybody to visit Cevre Hospital

I came to do six pack and chest operation, everyone was very nice and professional, the Dr said my operation was successful, since I was wearing a courset I couldn’t really see for a while, after a few weeks I started seeing something was very wrong and my body was completely deformed from the operations, I tried reaching the Dr but I could only speak with the hospital sales person, it was very frustrating, it took me a few weeks for the Dr to talk to me, and when he did and he finally understood that the deforestation isn’t something that can be massaged away he just said to re do the operation in a couple of months. No one in the hospital has taken responsibility for the fact the operation was a disaster, I could not take my shirt of for 3 months now because my body is completely deformed and the Dr who acts as if everything is OK and just need to redo the procedure as if I feel comfortable doing the operation again with a Dr that managed to release me with such a result to begin with and the hospital didn’t bother do come up with a solution to my issue, I am so sad and disappointed from choosing this hospital and unprofessional Dr for this operation.
