I have just gone back to maya for my second procedure which is now laser eye surgery. I have suffered with my eye sight my whole life so this was seriously a life changer. Dilara was so helpful the whole way through and went above and beyond to make me feel safe. Every single question was answered and I was aware of everything ever step of the way. The company is beyond amazing and I can not recommend enough. Also whilst I was there I saw nurse Havva who checked my boobs as I had them done in March 24 with maya also. This company goes out of their way to do everything they can, medically, customer service and the surgeons are so skilled and incredible.

If you are looking for a reliable, attentive , professional company, 100% book with maya medical. I wanted a rhinoplasty for YEARS and i finally took the plunge.. it was the best thing i ever did. I told maya medical my physical concerns about my nose and they assisted me in the right direction by choosing my surgeon for me. They couldn’t have picked a better surgeon for me, He was full of knowledge, care and very considerate. He took into account what I disliked and liked about my nose, my picture references and most importantly he made sure that it would be suitable for me which i appreciated. My new nose is EVERYTHING i ever wanted, it suits my face so well and i have no regrets. Maya medical booked everything for me: Hotel, transfers, hospital visits, i just had to book my flights. The nurse at maya medical visited me almost everyday after my surgery which i really appreciated as a worrier, it kept my mind at ease knowing a professional was checking i was okay and healing correctly. I will tell you about the beautiful experience I had choosing Maya medical. From the first moment I was welcomed very warmly and at the same time very professionally. The first interaction was with my coordinator Dilara. She is wonderful and I want to thank her for the patience she had with me. I am a fearful person, I worry and ask for a lot of details. Dilara was very kind and gave me the necessary details about the operation and anesthesia. She also gave me complete information about the price, hotel and everything about post-surgery care. In other words, professionalism.

I have no words to describe how my visit to this clinic went. It was an extraordinary experience. From the moment we arrived at the airport, we were waited for, we were taken by car to the hotel. In the morning I was greeted by Yagmur, my coordinator. She welcomed me and went to the clinic.She did everything possible to help me relax because I was a little scared. She is really charming and very professional. The clinic is very clean, professional staff. The room is very nice , looks like a hotel room.

As for Dr. Erkan, all I can say is that he is an extraordinary man. Very attentive to details, very responsive to my needs. A professional and I am happy that I chose him because the result of the breast reduction, reconstruction with a lift came out wonderful. I waited for years because I was afraid, but I am very happy with the result and the choice I made.

Post-operative care is very important. Doctor Erkan made sure that the nurse came to the hotel, changed my bandage and made sure that everything was fine. Havva is the nurse who took care of me afterwards and I want to thank her for her patience and for teaching me how to I’ll take care of it later. The result is extraordinary. As for the hotel, I can say that the area where we stayed is Taksim and it is gorgeous. The hotel is elegant, clean, the food is extraordinary. Thank you to all team .

My patient coordinator Yagmur always kept me updated and I could ask her anything and she would answer it straight away over in the UK and whilst I was over there for my surgery.

My surgeon was Dr Erkan Yüce who made me feel so comfortable and relaxed, I’m so pleased with my results so far ( breast uplift )

I also want to thank Nurse Havva, she really couldn’t do enough for me, she is so caring and I could ask her anything. She is still checking up on me now, after having my surgery 4 weeks ago. If I was to have surgery again I would a million percent use Maya Medical again!

My entire journey with Maya Medical was amazing from start to finish!

Initially I spoke to Dilara who answered any question I had throughout the point of my initial enquiry to booking my surgery. Dilara made sure she was available to talk to me at all points during the day and explained the different packages in detail to me.

I can’t thank Zehra enough, my patient coordinator, who looked after me from the second I arrived in Istanbul. Zehra attended all my appointments with Dr Dogan with me, translated any information needed and answered all my questions pre and post surgery. Having all my transfers organised made the whole journey so smooth and took away any stress I could’ve had during my time in Istanbul.

My nurse Havva was absolutely incredible! She came to visit me every day after my surgery, supported me in the shower, took me to get my hair washed and even took me and my mum into the city centre to go shopping! Havva took such good care of me, she really went above and beyond to look after me.

My aftercare once back in the UK has been amazing too. Havva is always available to answer any questions I have and is still supporting me to make sure I am taking the best care of myself enough my recovery.

I can’t fault Maya Medical, Dr Dogan or any of the hospital staff in anyway and could not recommend them more!!

I had an exceptional experience with Maya Medical. The nurses were incredibly kind and supportive throughout my entire journey, both before and after my surgery. They went above and beyond to ensure I was well taken care of, and I never felt uncertain or left in the dark at any point. Traveling alone could have been daunting, but the entire team made me feel completely comfortable and safe. I am absolutely thrilled with the results! I can’t thank Dr Dogan Alhan enough! I can’t recommend Maya Medical highly enough, especially for anyone considering breast implants.

From start to finish Maya Medical were great!

From my very first interaction with them when I sent them a WhatsApp inquiring about the treatment I was interested in, they came back promptly and booked me in at such short notice to accommodate me going out and coinciding with a friends pre booked visit!

I was then handed over to Zehra who was fantastic throughout every step of my experience. Zehra organised everything for me! All I had to do was book my flights send the flight details and then all my hotels and transfers where organised for me, I was constantly kept updated with who was picking me up and what time, the transfer where such high quality spacious air conditions and comfortable.

When it was time for my treatment, I was greeted by Zehra at the clinic and she was amazing and friendly and really put me at ease especially being a nervous person around these places. It was clearly explained the step by step process of what was going to happen and every question asked was answered there and then.

My treatment was carried out and it did not take nowhere near as long as I thought and completely pain free! Both the dentist and the dental nurse couldn’t have been more perfect he especially keeping me at ease. It was only about one hour of time being worked on in day 1 after I had my x-rays done and decided what options to go for. Then after I had temporary teeth installed and they sent me on my way until my new teeth where finished.

Two days later I was again picked up and transferred to the clinic for the fun part!

My new teeth where put in at again a process which only took about hour to fine tune then final adjustments where made before being installed for good!

Since having the work done EVERYONE is saying how good and natural they look. This was important for me, they look so natural if you didn’t know me before you wouldn’t know the teeth were not real and it has completely transformed my smile and given me that extra confidence.

The standard of work here was above anything I expected and even after I’ve got home I still got a follow up from Zehra asking if everything is still going ok. Just the extra touch which makes it feel so much better.

A special thank you to Zehra who was nothing short of perfect and caring during my stay and just sending a message every now and again to check to make sure I was ok! And another thank you to the Lovely dental nurse at the clinic whose name I didn’t get, but she was amazing in helping me with my nervousness I felt in very safe hands the whole time with her and the Dentist who was called Mehmet if memory serves me correct.

I had a breast augmentation back in April and I CANNOT fault the service. From my initial enquiry through to now! My stay in Turkey with Maya medical was fantastic, Yagmur was my co-ordinator – she was so kind, proactive and helpful, kept me informed throughout my stay. The surgery was seamless, all the staff were very professional and reassuring – from my surgeon to the nurses.

Nurse Havva looked after me following surgery – so kind and caring. A fantastic nurse – and she’s funny !!
