Foreign patients, Stay away from this scammer Clinic. I did a 6/1 dental implant treatment with HCT Dental Clinic. The first visit was fine but it got worst at the final treatment with I went back with my kids and wife. He made stay in dump hotel and charged us higher price even I had free accommodation and he (Burak)sent me a fake e-ticket where he made the changes on the prices by his hand when I faced him that the tickets was fraud he started make excuses. They also tried to increases prices on other treatment I could not argue with them because we were afraid about my final implant. The doctor was rough and not professional. Also she put a bridge on my wife on tooth that it needed a root canal which she ended up doing in USA when we got back. Anyway, I will not recommend them and be very careful Attached is the fake edited ticket which it shows they are a cheaters…..
This may be lengthy but it’s an honest account of my experience. I know how nerve wracking it can be to decide to leave your own country & go abroad for surgery, plus our smiles are important. Our smile is the first thing people notice when we meet them. It gives us confidence or it can take it away. So choosing the right people with the right qualifications & right services for you is SUPER Important. With that in mind, I’m sharing my journey. I hope it helps you!
Even before my first visit, I was impressed with the communication from HCT. Their team were on the ball & answered all questions via WhatsApp promptly & in detail no matter what time of day or night it was!
I had 2 visits in total. 1st for the big surgery to prep my jaw for implants (6 days)and 2nd the smile makeover(8 days)
From start to finish, my visits with Health Centre’s Turkey for my smile makeover was nothing short of perfect!
On arrival the driver Vicky was there to greet us, made me feel at ease from the start.. We were taken straight to the clinic to meet the entire team. Was very reassuring to see the clean professional clinic & Drs. Burak took us for a coffee & snack & talked us through the itinerary. Then Vicky drove us to the hotel and saw we were checked in. I gotta tell you, the hotel they arranged for us was fantastic- a comfortable, relaxing space with a 24 hr bar and a Bistro restaurant thats always open. Having food and drink available at any hour was incredibly convenient, especially during my recovery… though worth noting that not all of the hotels they use have the same facilities but all have their charms.
As an extremely nervous dental patient, I had many concerns, but Health Centres Turkey went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable & well cared for. I was given general anaesthesia & the entire procedure went smoothly- I woke up feeling great with no pain whatsoever.
Of course there was some swelling in the following days, but it was completely manageable. For 3 days I had a swollen face, the hotel provided ice packs to help reduce swelling on request, once melted I’d return to reception and get newly frozen ones if required. The advice from HCT was to avoid alcohol (obvious I know but with an all inclusive bar…)
The other advice they gave to reduce swelling was to walk around & stay active but out of the sun as heat will increase swelling. By day 4 my face was back to normal & I was still pain free. I went back for several checkups in that time and moulds were taken for my temp clip on set. I managed to have a few cheeky Pina Coladas on day 5 and 6! I left Turkey feeling I had made a lot of new friends with HCT & stayed in contact via their WhatsApp to update them on my recovery & I also had questions about my 2nd visit.
2nd Visit (6 months later) Arrival day we met the driver at a pick up point at the airport this time. We had a 30 min pick up window so we had a coffee while waiting. We were taken directly to the hotel, settled in and had some food & drinks.
Day 1 I was collected from the hotel after breakfast & taken to the clinic to prepare my teeth for crowns, (shaved down)This time I had local anaesthesia so I was not so blissfully unaware. However the absolutely AWESOME Dentist was great. If I needed to take a break he let me take one, he made sure I was numb and not feeling any discomfort at all times & given how nervous I was, he had the patience of a saint, great bedside manner & the best Dentist I have ever had bar none. As far as I am concerned he is now my dentist till the end of my days I trust him that much!
I wont lie, I was in the dentist chair that 1st day for hours (5-6 hrs) due to the amount of work being done, and keeping your mouth open for long period’s isn’t easy & gives you an achy jaw for a bit,nothing unbearable and it goes quick enough after. Still no pain at all in my mouth either!
The other thing I noticed was that there were lots of tourists visiting other dentists who didn’t have as many fittings as me & had their final sets fitted within 2 days whereas I was having fittings every day, sometimes twice a day & felt hard done by, but I learned very quickly that I was the lucky one. HCT are perfectionists when it comes to the dental work they provide. Their main concern is the Dental/medical work & their patients safety and happiness with the final result. There were 2 guests staying in the same hotel as me having similar treatment to me but with different companies who had their completed smile days before me BUT they had many issues with their new teeth & had to keep going back for repairs in the days that followed.whereas I had no such issues. HCT do the job right first time without rushing!

Overall I couldn’t be happier with HCT from the flawless service to superb care, it all exceeded my expectations. A life changing experience! Thank you for my beautiful smile HCT!

HCT were great from start to finish. My implant are great and my mouth is healing well. I can eat again and my crowns are nice and healthy. Vicky the driver collected me every time and was really friendly. The whole company work like clockwork, and im extremly happy with the finished result. From airport transfers to accomodation, everything was taken care of so i could focus on completing all the procedures. The dentist done a great job. Would recommend.
