My aftercare lady named Misra was amazing. If I had any questions about my aftercare she was very prompt and extremely professional in her manner. My dental treatment went really well and I am extremely happy with the results. I would definitely recommend Clinic centre to my friends and family if they need any medical attention.

It was a successful procedure.

Hi my name is Susan I had a breast reduction in October 2024 at the clinic centre my surgeon was amazing the staff at the hospital and hotel really looked after me my body had recovered very will I would recommend this clinic to anyone who’s wanted any surgery I will be forever grateful to my surgeon x

The after care has been brilliant from the hair clinic and each person throughout the experience was very helpful and any questions raised was answered at anytime

The whole experience was fantastic and a whirlwind, from the moment I registered interest in having a hair transplant I was in constant contact with somebody through email and what’s app , helping me and guiding me through every stage of the journey , I was recommended the clinic centre by a friend which was a big help but I felt I should do a review as when I was researching I was reading every review and it was a big help to me and helped me to decide where to choose and I would fully recommend clinic centre to anyone reading this , I’m only 4 weeks post op but very happy so far and looking back I was so happy with how everything went ,after confirming my flights with the coordinator ( what’s app) the appointment and date were booked in and everything was set, I arrived on the Tuesday with instructions of how to get my transport from the airport to the hotel , hotel was lovely and I was told I’ll would be picked up the next morning at 7:30 to be taken to the hospital/clinic , it’s was a lovely modern place and was even guarded by security on the front ,after having op and after everything was completed I had a lift back to the hotel ( long hard day I can’t lie lol ) and was told I’d be picked up the next day at 14:00 to be taken for my hair wash and then to be taken straight to the airport for my journey home , then once back home I was contacted by the aftercare team ( what’s app) who then guided me through the important first 10 days of washing and when the scabs were to be removed and since then she has been in contact with me a number of times of times , overall I couldn’t of wished for a better service , now Ive just got to wait for my hair to grow

I had my procedure done on 18th November , I cannot fault the care I received from clinic center , from the travel coordinators to the staff in the hospital and the Aftercare team, I would 100% recommend going with Clinic center , the hospital was pristine and the attention to every detail of my experience was amazing. Thanks to all involved

Clinic Centre were great in planning my gastric balloon procedure in Turkey

Alarm was very friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable, she organised hotel reservations, planned airport pick up and drop off and prepared the medical travel itinerary, all of these went ahead with no hitches.The hotel staff,taxi drivers, the journey camera man,doctor,hospital staff and personal host were all great

Back in the UK Misra was the aftercare coordinator checking to see If everything was OK and if I needed help with anything she was also friendly helpful and knowledgeable, she is in the process of helping with the Allurion app

I would 100%recommend Clinic Centre to anyone thinking of having the gastric balloon

Great clinic, great employee, cleaned environment, I want to give 4 star but couldn’t find any thing to make it. They guides you very well.

At one point after hair transplant, a little communication error was there by which I have pay taxi fare, but the next day they refunded me my money back.

I do recommend this clinic, hotel was good, hotel got great leisure facilities even its 4 star but great. They always guide you next steps.

Nothing bad I can says about this clinic.

One recommendation is to give at least 3 month after care stock (included in package) instead of 2 weeks.

Everything went extremely well communication with the transport team was outstanding, after care has been amazing and very good at replying answering all questions and being extremely helpful

Absolutely could not recommend this company enough. I was very very nervous and travelled alone. The surgeon Dr Hakan Gundogan has done an amazing job. The hotel was fantastic. The nurses at the hospital fab! My coordinator and colleagues and aftercare I couldn’t ask for better.
