I had the best experience with Dr. Aykut and his amazing team! From the moment I arrived, his assistants took care of everything—from transportation to accommodation, making the entire process seamless. I felt super relaxed the whole time, knowing I was in expert hands. The surgery took place in the luxurious hospital, Liv Istanbul was top-notch, and my hotel stay was just as wonderful. As for the surgery, I am beyond happy with my results—natural, beautiful, and exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend Dr. Aykut to anyone considering breast augmentation!

After extensive research on the best plastic surgeons in Turkey, I chose to travel from London for a liposuction procedure with Dr. Aykut. I feel truly fortunate to have found him. My experience exceeded expectations Dr. Aykut demonstrated exceptional professionalism, clear communication, and outstanding expertise.

Miss Afaf played a crucial role in my journey from the very beginning, providing detailed information, coordinating all logistical arrangements from transportation to accommodation and offering both emotional and physical support throughout the process.

Additionally, I deeply appreciate Miss Selda for her exceptional lymphatic massage therapy, which significantly alleviated my pain and swelling. Her professionalism, skill, and kind nature made a remarkable difference in my recovery.

I must also acknowledge Nurse Melisa, who assisted me during my post-surgical check-up. She was truly like an angel compassionate, attentive, and incredibly supportive, ensuring that I was comfortable and well cared for.

I highly recommend Dr. Aykut and his team for anyone considering plastic surgery in Turkey. Their expertise, professionalism, and genuine care made my experience outstanding.

Please stay away from this doctor. He is not professional and not good. I have a lot of fibrosis scars because of him. My belly is not even. He has also damaged My lymph nodes. I developed so many health problems after his procedure

Everything was taken care of. The staff was professional and kind.Dr Aykut was wonderful and did an incredible job. I felt taken care of and would highly recommend this experience. You won’t be disappointed.

I had a wonderful reception at the clinic from start. They use the most modern equipment and technology i was pleased as i waited to be processed at the clinic. Dr Aykut was very professional and communicated well i am happy with his work and the dedication of the assistants who work with him it was a pleasant experience. He is very experienced and knows what he is doing.

Since I contacted the doctor, his staff was there for me for all my questions.

So I arrived to Istanbul on the 24th October 2024 for a breast augmentation surgery.

I came with my husband.

She was and is still 24/7 there for me for all my questions. She was all time very professional and answered all my questions very detailed.

She also arranged everything perfectly from transport to and from our hotel, hotel booking, to surgery recommendations, etc.

Day 1: We were picked up from the airport by a private transport to our hotel.

The Hotel was in front of the hospital.

About the luxurious hotel: a modern hotel, very friendly staff, in our apartment-hotel we had a comfortable stay (with living room, balcony, kitchen with full equipment) + breakfast was included.

Day 2:

On the 25th October was my surgery day + 1 night stay at the hospital.

I arrived to the hospital in the morning for all the check ups:

Pre-op Tests, Consultation with Dr. Aykut and the anesthesiologist.

Meals were included for both of us.

Our room was ready. The hospital staff was very friendly and competent. The nurses were amazing and took really care of me.

I felt really comfortable being there.

Day 3: 26th October

Dr Aykut came on the next day after the surgery to my room to check up on me and informed about the surgery and gave me the necessary medication.

All these information was send to me again by Azra via WhatsApp. So there was no option to forget all these important details.

Day 4: 27th October

This day was Sunday and weekend. And despite this, Azra was still texting me and asking if I am feeling ok or if I need further help and information.

Day 5: 28th October: appointment to see the results.

Dr Aykut invited me to see together the results. He took his time to answer all my questions very carefully.

I have to be honest I was very surprised by the very positive result. How natural my breast is looking now has fully fulfilled my highest expectations.

Therefore, I highly recommend Dr. Aykut and if I would need other surgeries, I would definitely come back.

I came to Istanbul on the 17th September 2024 for breast reduction surgery. I came with my mum, we were picked up from the airport in the early hours of the morning as our flight was delayed. We went straight to the hospital.

I have wanted a breast reduction for years but was too nervous to get it done. I followed Dr Aykut on instagram and facebook for over 3 years then plucked up the courage to reach out to the clinic. And I’m so glad I did.

Dr Aykut has given me my life back and so much more confidence to be able to do so much more with my life. No more back pain, no more wearing tops that are old and frumpy. I wish I had done this sooner. I can start living and not just existing.

The nurses were great and really looked after me.

A big shout out to Afaf for all her help and support that she has given me in the build up to the surgery and after the surgery. She works really hard day and night.

We stayed in a luxurious hotel just across the road from the hospital the hotel staff were all very nice.

I would definitely go back for more surgery if I needed to.

My husband and I recently visited this clinic for procedures— I had a temporal face lift, and my husband underwent a hair transplant. We are both extremely satisfied with the entire experience, from the warm welcome to the quick and seamless organization of everything. The clinic arranged a luxurious hotel for us, and the level of care and professionalism was top-notch throughout our stay.

Most importantly, we are thrilled with the results of our procedures. The doctor did an outstanding job, but we especially want to express our gratitude to Dr. Aykut Gök’s assistant, Afaf. She was incredibly attentive, always available to answer our questions, and showed genuine concern for our well-being. Her dedication and care truly made this experience exceptional for us. We couldn’t have asked for better treatment!

In April of this year I had my breasts done by this doctor. After the operation the result was completely different from what we had planned, this doctor ruined my breasts! My breasts turned out different! The stitches are very visible – the scars did not heal and were very unsightly! I highly recommend not to contact this doctor! After my complaints he doesn’t care at all! Avoid this doctor!

I had breast augmentation surgery 11/05/2024. I was looking forward to the result, but it was wasted money, time and energy. I do not recommend the clinic and doctor Dr. Aykut Gök. As a result, the breasts even visually differ in volume, plus the worst thing is seroma. After the operation, the well-being was terrible, as was the attitude of the staff. I don’t recommend either the clinic or the doctor. Look for professionals!

In 2023, I had breast plastic surgery. After a while, my temperature rose. I went and did an ultrasound of my breasts, and I had some kind of inflammation inside. I went to the clinic where I had already done my breasts, for help, they refused me. And then they redid my breasts in another clinic. I do not recommend this clinic
